Valley Center is a medium-sized town located in the state of California. With a population of 10,087 people and four associated neighborhoods, Valley Center is the 419th largest community in California. Housing costs in Valley Center are among some of the highest in the nation, although real estate prices here don't compare to real estate prices in the most expensive communities in California.Unlike some towns where white-collar or blue-collar occupations dominate the local economy, Valley Center is neither predominantly one nor the other.
