Three Lakes, WI Housing Market Trends

With a population of 605, 185 total housing units (homes and apartments), and a median house value of $328,913, Three Lakes real estate prices are well above average cost compared to national prices.

Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Three Lakes, accounting for 83.81% of the town's housing units. Other types of housing that are prevalent in Three Lakes include duplexes, homes converted to apartments or other small apartment buildings ( 8.81%), mobile homes or trailers ( 6.25%), and a few row houses and other attached homes ( 1.14%).

Owner-occupied, three and four bedroom dwellings, primarily in single-family detached homes are the most prevalent type of housing you will see in Three Lakes.
