Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Pine Hill, accounting for 44.14% of the borough's housing units. Other types of housing that are prevalent in Pine Hill include large apartment complexes or high rise apartments ( 28.30%), row houses and other attached homes ( 17.56%), and a few duplexes, homes converted to apartments or other small apartment buildings ( 9.53%).
