Chandler, AZ Housing Market Trends

With 261,165 people, 91,216 houses or apartments, and a median cost of homes of $419,752, Chandler house prices are not only among the most expensive in Arizona, Chandler real estate also is some of the most expensive in all of America.

Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Chandler, accounting for 70.45% of the city's housing units.
