Forest City is a very small borough located in the state of Pennsylvania. With a population of 1,824 people and just one neighborhood, Forest City is the 614th largest community in Pennsylvania. Forest City has a large stock of pre-World War II architecture, making it one of the older and more historic boroughs in the country.
