Kingston is a very small village located in the state of Ohio. With a population of 1,023 people and just one neighborhood, Kingston is the 564th largest community in Ohio. Much of the housing stock in Kingston was built prior to World War II, making it one of the older and more historic villages in the country.

Unlike some villages where white-collar or blue-collar occupations dominate the local economy, Kingston is neither predominantly one nor the other. Instead, it has a mixed workforce of both white- and blue-collar jobs. Overall, Kingston is a village of service providers, sales and office workers and professionals. There are especially a lot of people living in Kingston who work in office and administrative support (18.93%), law enforcement and fire fighting (13.19%) and food service (9.18%).
