Ludlow is a very small city located in the state of Kentucky. With a population of 4,543 people and just one neighborhood, Ludlow is the 96th largest community in Kentucky. Much of the housing stock in Ludlow was built prior to World War II, making it one of the older and more historic cities in the country.
