Parker is a very small coastal city (i.e. on the ocean, a bay, or inlet) located in the state of Florida. With a population of 4,554 people and just one neighborhood, Parker is the 286th largest community in Florida.

Parker is neither predominantly blue-collar nor white-collar, instead having a mixed workforce of both blue-collar and white-collar jobs. Overall, Parker is a city of sales and office workers, service providers and professionals. There are especially a lot of people living in Parker who work in office and administrative support (18.19%), sales jobs (10.97%) and personal care services (10.51%).
Parker is home to a number of people employed in the armed forces. When you visit or walk around Parker, some of the people you will bump into will be military people In and out of uniform, jogging, shopping and generally out and about town.
