Spring Valley is a very small village located in the state of Wisconsin. With a population of 1,356 people and just one neighborhood, Spring Valley is the 308th largest community in Wisconsin. Spring Valley has a large stock of pre-World War II architecture, making it one of the older and more historic villages in the country.
