Rushsylvania is a tiny village located in the state of Ohio. With a population of 503 people and just one neighborhood, Rushsylvania is the 667th largest community in Ohio. Much of the housing stock in Rushsylvania was built prior to World War II, making it one of the older and more historic villages in the country.
