Spring Valley is a very small city located in the state of Minnesota. With a population of 2,416 people and just one neighborhood, Spring Valley is the 229th largest community in Minnesota. Much of the housing stock in Spring Valley was built prior to World War II, making it one of the older and more historic cities in the country.
