El Dorado, KS Housing Market Trends

With a population of 12,865, 5,350 total housing units (homes and apartments), and a median house value of $162,114, the cost of homes in El Dorado is among some of the lowest in the nation. Compared to Kansas, however, El Dorado real state is not on the lower end of the price spectrum.
