Moville is a very small city located in the state of Iowa. With a population of 1,626 people and just one neighborhood, Moville is the 188th largest community in Iowa. Much of the housing stock in Moville was built prior to World War II, making it one of the older and more historic cities in the country.

Unlike some cities where white-collar or blue-collar occupations dominate the local economy, Moville is neither predominantly one nor the other. Is Moville perfect? Of course not, and if you like frenetic nightlife, it will be far from your cup of tea. But overall this is a solid community, with many things to recommend it as a family-friendly place to live.
Being a small city, Moville does not have a public transit system used by locals to get to and from work.
