Islamorada, FL Housing Market Trends

With 7,059 people, 3,135 houses or apartments, and a median cost of homes of $1,201,253, Islamorada house prices are not only among the most expensive in Florida, Islamorada real estate also is some of the most expensive in all of America.

Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Islamorada, accounting for 67.75% of the village's housing units. Other types of housing that are prevalent in Islamorada include large apartment complexes or high rise apartments ( 21.24%), duplexes, homes converted to apartments or other small apartment buildings ( 5.77%), and a few mobile homes or trailers ( 3.57%).
