Overview

Minturn is a very small town located in the state of Colorado. With a population of 1,026 people and just one neighborhood, Minturn is the 153rd largest community in Colorado. Minturn has a large stock of pre-World War II architecture, making it one of the older and more historic towns in the country.

Minturn home prices are not only among the most expensive in Colorado, but Minturn real estate also consistently ranks among the most expensive in America.

Occupations and Workforce

Unlike some towns, Minturn isn’t mainly white- or blue-collar. Instead, the most prevalent occupations for people in Minturn are a mix of both white- and blue-collar jobs.
