Burnettown is a very small town located in the state of South Carolina. With a population of 2,613 people and two constituent neighborhoods, Burnettown is the 153rd largest community in South Carolina.

Because occupations involving physical labor dominate the local economy, Burnettown is generally considered to be a blue-collar town. 38.5% of the Burnettown workforce is employed in blue-collar occupations, compared to the national average of 24.7%. Overall, Burnettown is a town of sales and office workers, service providers, and construction workers and builders.
