REALTOR®: A registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS ® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. (www.Realtor.org)
Real Estate Broker: Is often the owner of the real estate agency or brokerage. The broker or brokerage holds all licenses for the agents providing real estate services within the organization.
Real Estate Agent: Met the criteria to sell real estate in a jurisdiction. A real estate agent must be associated with (and act under the authority of) a real estate broker. State and local Realtor® boards
