Clearfield is a somewhat small borough located in the state of Pennsylvania. With a population of 6,631 people and four constituent neighborhoods, Clearfield is the 256th largest community in Pennsylvania. Clearfield has an unusually large stock of pre-World War II architecture, making it one of the older and more historic boroughs in the country.

Unlike some boroughs, Clearfield isn't mainly white- or blue-collar. Instead, the most prevalent occupations for people in Clearfield are a mix of both white- and blue-collar jobs.
