Califon is a very small borough located in the state of New Jersey. With a population of 1,055 people and three constituent neighborhoods, Califon is the 489th largest community in New Jersey. Much of the housing stock in Califon was built prior to World War II, making it one of the older and more historic boroughs in the country.
