Millington is a tiny coastal town (ie. on the ocean or tidally-influenced rivers) located in the state of Maryland. With a population of 388 people and just one neighborhood, Millington is the 301st largest community in Maryland. Much of the housing stock in Millington was built prior to World War II, making it one of the older and more historic towns in the country.

Millington is a blue-collar town, with 43.3% of people working in blue-collar occupations, while the average in America is just 24.7%. Overall, Millington is a town of sales and office workers, construction workers and builders, and service providers.
