Frankton is a very small town located in the state of Indiana. With a population of 1,909 people and two constituent neighborhoods, Frankton is the 254th largest community in Indiana.

Because occupations involving physical labor dominate the local economy, Frankton is generally considered to be a blue-collar town. 37.8% of the Frankton workforce is employed in blue-collar occupations, compared to the national average of 24.7%. Overall, Frankton is a town of sales and office workers, service providers, and production and manufacturing workers.
