Here’s how this premium
real estate service works:
- Apply Now. Describe the type of property you want to buy and/or sell, and how to contact you. The application takes just a few minutes to complete.
- Get a top prescreened REALTOR ®. Within 1 business hour your NeighborhoodScout counselor will contact you to match you with a top prescreened REALTOR ® based on your personal needs, price, and chosen location. Once matched, your agent will contact you right away, usually the same day.
- Buy or sell a property. Buy or sell the perfect property for you. Your NeighborhoodScout counselor will be available to personally answer questions, provide assistance and monitor your service to make sure you receive the best service possible, and that your purchase or sale goes smoothly.
- Get your cash award. When you close a deal with your matched REALTOR ®, we will send your Cash Award for using NeighborhoodScout’s premium concierge real estate service.* There is no catch whatsoever.
