Gunnison is a somewhat small city located in the state of Colorado. With a population of 5,318 people and two constituent neighborhoods, Gunnison is the 72nd largest community in Colorado.

Gunnison is neither predominently blue-collar or white-collar, instead having a mixed workforce of both blue-collar and white-collar jobs. Overall, Gunnison is a city of sales and office workers, service providers, and professionals. There are especially a lot of people living in Gunnison who work in office and administrative support jobs (14.14%), sales jobs (11.69%), and teaching (9.45%).
