Alpine is a somewhat small town located in the state of California. With a population of 13,157 people and two constituent neighborhoods, Alpine is the 374th largest community in California.

Alpine is neither predominently blue-collar or white-collar, instead having a mixed workforce of both blue-collar and white-collar jobs.
