Forsyth is a very small city located in the state of Georgia. With a population of 3,772 people and three constituent neighborhoods, Forsyth is the 198th largest community in Georgia.

Because occupations involving physical labor dominate the local economy, Forsyth is generally considered to be a blue-collar town. 36.5% of the Forsyth workforce is employed in blue-collar occupations, compared to the national average of 24.7%. Overall, Forsyth is a city of service providers, professionals, and production and manufacturing workers. There are especially a lot of people living in Forsyth who work in sales jobs (9.81%), food service (8.87%), and teaching (8.04%).
