2. Get a top prescreened agent

Within 1 business hour your NeighborhoodScout counselor will contact you to match you with a top prescreened Realtor based on your personal needs, price, and chosen location. Once matched, your agent will contact you right away, usually the same day.

3. Get your cash award when you Buy or Sell

When you close a deal with your matched agent, we will send your Cash Award for using NeighborhoodScout's premium concierge real estate service.*
