Marietta is a very small city located in the state of Oklahoma. With a population of 2,395 people and two constituent neighborhoods, Marietta is the 153rd largest community in Oklahoma.

Unlike some cities where white-collar or blue-collar occupations dominate the local economy, Marietta is neither predominently one or the other. Instead, it has a mixed workforce of both white- and blue-collar jobs. Overall, Marietta is a city of service providers, sales and office workers, and professionals. There are especially a lot of people living in Marietta who work in food service (12.86%), sales jobs (10.70%), and office and administrative support jobs (9.41%).
