Rio Rancho, NM Housing Market Trends

With a population of 108,082, 38,190 total housing units (homes and apartments), and a median house value of $390,388, Rio Rancho real estate is some of the most expensive in New Mexico, although Rio Rancho home values aren't among America's most expensive.

Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Rio Rancho, accounting for 87.07% of the city's housing units.
