Donovan is a tiny town located in the state of Illinois. With a population of 739 people and just one neighborhood, Donovan is the 634th largest community in Illinois. Donovan has a large stock of pre-World War II architecture, making it one of the older and more historic towns in the country.

Donovan is a blue-collar town, with 40.2% of people working in blue-collar occupations, while the average in America is just 24.7%. Overall, Donovan is a town of service providers, sales and office workers, and production and manufacturing workers.
