Navarre is a medium-sized coastal town (i.e. on the ocean, a bay, or inlet) located in the state of Florida. With a population of 40,817 people and eight associated neighborhoods, Navarre is the 85th largest community in Florida. There's nothing like the smell of a brand new house, and in Navarre, you'll find that a large proportion of houses were recently built. New growth in residential real estate is an indication that people are choosing to move to Navarre, and putting down their money on brand new construction. Navarre’s real estate is, on average, some of the newest in the nation. Navarre does seem to be experiencing an influx of affluent people, because the median household income is $97,376.00.

There are many members of the armed forces living in Navarre. You will notice when you visit or live here that some of the people you meet or see around town are employed by the armed services - even if they are not always in uniform.
