Lake Havasu City, AZ Housing Market Trends

With 58,926 people, 26,711 houses or apartments, and a median cost of homes of $511,473, Lake Havasu City real estate is some of the most expensive in Arizona, although Lake Havasu City home values aren't among America's most expensive.

Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Lake Havasu City, accounting for 77.95% of the city's housing units.
